These terms apply to HEKI enterprise AI diagnosis, the AI Consultation Room, report links, and related digital services.

Services
HEKI provides online enterprise AI scenario-map diagnosis, paid AI Consultation Room access, report links, and related digital content. The AI Consultation Room is a digital AI consultant experience, not a human consulting engagement.
Account and payment access
Free diagnosis may be submitted with an email and company context. Paid AI Consultation Room access may require Google sign-in so the 30-day access window, message quota, file quota, and report revision entitlement can be bound to the correct account.
User responsibility
Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to share. Use desensitized business descriptions where possible. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in business decisions.
AI output
Reports and AI Consultation Room messages are decision-support materials. They do not replace legal, financial, tax, security, or professional advice.
